粤府办［２０００］８７号关于调整娱乐业营业税税率的通知各市、县、自治县人民政府，省府直属有关单位： 根据《娱乐场所管理条例》（国务院令第２６１号）第七条、《中华人民共和国营业税暂行条例》第二条规定，经省人民政府批准，我省娱乐业营业税税率由１０％调整为１２％，自２０００年１月１日起执行。 娱乐业营业税税率提高后，营业性娱乐管理费予以取消。广东省人民政府办公厅二〇〇〇年七月三日
