国家卫生计生委4月11日举行新闻发布会，公布《中国疾病预防控制工作进展(2015年)》并回答记者提问。国家卫生计生委疾病预防控制局局长于竞进指出，我国已建成全球规模最大的法定传染病疫情和突发公共卫生事件网络直报系统，100%县级以上疾病预防控制机构、98%县级以上医疗机构、94%基层医疗卫生机构实现了法定传染病实时网络直报，平均报告时间由直报前的5天缩短为4个小时。
