根据《中华人民共和国公共文化服务保障法》《广东省公共文化服务促进条例》《广东省文化和旅游厅关于推动公共文化设施 发展普惠性非基本公共文化服务的通知》和《广东省关于推动社会力量参与公共文化服务的指导意见(试行)》的通知》精神，持续深化公共文化服务供给侧结构性改革，在保障基本公共文化服务标准化、均等化的前提下，充分盘活公共文化设施资源，为人民群众提供多样化、多层次、高品质的普惠性非基本公共文化服务，现公布《深圳市市级公共文化设施目录》《深圳市市级公共文化设施基本公共文化服务目录》和《深圳市公共文化设施普惠性非基本公共文化服务指导目录》。<br> 　　市文化广电旅游体育局对上述三个目录实行动态管理，依法依规及时调整并公布。<br> 深圳市文化广电旅游体育局<br> 2026年4月24日
