4月22日，张雪机车发布820RR召回通告。

通告称，4月16日，一台银川的820RR发生了曲轴箱破裂。4月21日，受损车辆返回工厂，经拆解检查，找到了造成曲轴箱破裂的原因：泄压阀的O型密封圈装配错误，车辆使用一段时间后，泄压阀松动导致机油压力泄漏，引起润滑不足，发生连杆拉瓦。

目前，820RR已交付286台，请车主先停止使用820RR，并联系张雪机车授权门店将车辆拖运到门店，进行整改。
