依照《旅行社条例》的有关规定，根据旅行社的申请，同意深圳市特色国际旅行社有限公司等3家旅行社（附件）所须交存的旅行社质量保证金数额降低到《旅行社条例》第十三条第二款和第十四条规定数额的50%。<br>
