Software and Hardware Enterprises Jointly Release User Manuals for Minor Mode

This document reports that multiple software and hardware enterprises have released user manuals for the minor mode, in compliance with the Regulations on the Protection of Minors in Cyberspace and the Guidelines for Building a Minor Mode for Mobile Internet, to help parents and minors understand and use the protective features.
