Arrangement of the Supreme People's Court on Mutual Assistance in Preservation Proceedings in Arbitration between the Mainland and the Macao Special Administrative Region

This document establishes a framework for mutual judicial assistance between the Mainland and Macao SAR regarding interim measures (preservation) in arbitration proceedings, allowing parties to seek preservation orders from courts on either side.
