National Bureau of Statistics 2025 Regular Statistical Supervision Team No. 9 Feedback on Statistical Supervision Opinions to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology

The National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) formally delivered its 2025 regular statistical supervision findings to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), identifying issues such as inadequate implementation of anti-fraud measures, weak data quality control, and insufficient fulfillment of statutory statistical duties. MIIT leadership accepted the feedback and committed to rectification within three months.
