4月9日晚,在小米举办的2026价值观大会上,小米食堂发布了新品“小米冰淇淋”。该冰淇淋延续了小米汽车的命名方式,有标准版、Pro版、Max版,售价分别为5.99元、6.99元、8.99元。

小米食堂大麻花主理人介绍,“小米冰淇淋”是将蒸熟后的小米分成两批,一批打成米浆作为冰淇淋基底,另一批自然晾干撒于冰淇淋表面作为装饰。

此前有网友建议小米将食堂爆款麻花上架商城对外售卖,小米CEO雷军回应称:“我也曾经想过,我说这么多网友喜欢,要不我们大麻花也上架,他们说我们小米没有食品销售许可证,所以只能算了啊。”
