记者13日从重庆市涪陵区应急管理局了解到，4月12日9时5分，重庆兴涪电力开发有限公司发电分公司下属青烟洞水电站（四级站，位于涪陵区青羊镇）发电引水压力钢管突发迸裂，水流喷涌下泄引发事故，造成2人死亡2人失联。

事故发生后，相关单位迅速开展紧急救援工作。截至12日18时50分，失联人员已找到、经确认已无生命体征。目前，善后工作正有序开展，事故原因调查已启动。
