联合国秘书长发言人迪雅里克6日对美国总统特朗普威胁空袭伊朗发电厂、桥梁及其他基础设施的言论表示震惊，强调任何针对民用基础设施的攻击都违反国际法。

迪雅里克回答媒体提问时说，联合国秘书长重申，包括能源设施在内的民用基础设施不得遭受攻击。即便特定民用基础设施在某种情况下被认定为军事目标，但是，若此类攻击可能造成无辜平民伤亡，这一原则依然适用。

他说，秘书长的立场一贯清晰明确，即各方在进行敌对行动时须遵守应尽的义务。秘书长再次强调，除了和平解决国际争端，没有任何其他可行的替代方案，相关方该停止这场冲突了。
