据伊朗伊斯兰共和国广播电视台7日报道，伊朗议会国家安全与外交政策委员会发言人易卜拉欣·雷扎伊当天在电视采访中表示，霍尔木兹海峡的历史应当被分为这场“被强加的战争”之前和之后两个阶段。

雷扎伊强调，霍尔木兹海峡不会再回到以前的状态，军事或恐怖主义船只将无法轻易在该海峡通行。

他介绍，伊朗正在为保障霍尔木兹海峡安全制定一些特殊安排，并将通过立法予以确认。

雷扎伊还说，目前伊朗石油出口一切照常，石油产能甚至比以往更高。
