上古时期，天文学家火正通过观测大火星定时节。每年清明前后的傍晚，他们会认真观察东方地平线，等待大火星升起。可黄昏时分的灯火与袅袅炊烟，会形成人为干扰，影响观测。于是官方便下令，在观测大火星的这几日禁止生火，以保证夜空洁净。这便是寒食节禁火习俗的由来。详情戳视频，北京天文馆副馆长齐锐为你详解。<br>
