为贯彻落实党中央、国务院决策部署，加快构建科学、安全、高效的新能源汽车废旧动力电池回收利用体系，2026年3月20日，节能与综合利用司在京组织中国资源循环集团有限公司、广东邦普循环科技有限公司等有关企业，中国汽车技术研究中心、赛迪研究院等研究机构，研讨新能源汽车废旧动力电池回收利用体系建设相关工作。<br> 会议深入分析了当前新能源汽车动力电池回收利用体系建设面临的形势，围绕创新政策供给、健全回收机制、完善标准体系等问题进行认真研讨。与会代表一致表示，将结合地方和企业实践，凝聚共识、形成合力，深入开展一体化回收网络建设中的重大问题研究，强化政策储备，加快健全新能源汽车动力电池回收利用体系。
