  新华社北京12月9日电（记者叶昊鸣）记者9日从国家邮政局获悉，11月，中国快递发展指数为478.1，同比提升3%。<br>
  具体来看，其中发展规模指数、服务质量指数和发展能力指数分别为646、661.3和266.4，同比分别提升6%、1.9%和0.3%；发展趋势指数为60.3。<br>
  国家邮政局有关负责人表示，11月，快递行业旺季特征明显，市场规模较快增长，服务质效稳步提升，运营效能持续增强，科技装备扩大应用。快递业的良好发展充分彰显我国经济活力，为服务民生、促进产业升级提供坚实支撑。
