  近日，载运着近1.9万吨进口钾肥的利比里亚籍“斯马仕”轮停靠天津大沽口港区临港11号码头。这是天津口岸2026年接卸的首船钾肥。<br>
  新年伊始，为不误农时，天津边检总站塘沽检查站与天津港集团、口岸相关单位紧密衔接，通过实施“三零举措”“速审直推”等便利措施，第一时间开通“绿色通道”。该措施覆盖航道组织、泊位安排、安全接卸及手续办理全链条，确保船舶“零延时”靠泊，助力春耕农资快速进入国内市场。<br>
