新一期贷款市场报价利率（LPR）1月20日出炉，1年期和5年期以上LPR均未调整。<br>
当日，中国人民银行授权全国银行间同业拆借中心公布，1年期LPR为3%，5年期以上LPR为3.5%。<br>
LPR是贷款利率定价的主要参考基准，每月定期发布。<br>
我国贷款利率持续保持低位。数据显示，2025年12月新发放企业贷款加权平均利率和新发放个人住房贷款加权平均利率均在3.1%左右，自2018年下半年以来，分别下降了2.5个和2.6个百分点。（记者吴雨、任军）
