2026年，财政部将加快推进财政法律法规立改废，落实全国人大常委会立法工作计划、国务院立法工作计划，积极配合推进注册会计师法（修改）、消费税法、政府采购法（修改）、税收征收管理法（修改）、社会救助法、国有资产法等立法工作。<br>
财政部3月30日发布财政部2025年法治政府建设年度报告，明确了上述安排。<br>
报告称，2026年，财政部还将做好预算法（修改）、地方附加税法、资源税法（修改）、财政违法行为处罚处分条例（修改）等法律法规的制定、修订工作。认真开展财政规章制定、修订及备案。（记者申铖）
