2026年3月20日下午，财政部副部长廖岷出席在北京举行的联合国粮农组织驻华代表处新址启用仪式并致辞。 <br>
廖岷首先对联合国粮农组织驻华代表处顺利搬迁新址表示祝贺，积极评价该机构在保障世界粮食安全、推动乡村发展和粮食体系转型方面发挥的重要作用，并表示，中方历来重视与粮农组织的伙伴关系，积极采取务实举措，坚定支持双方合作稳步推进，支持粮农组织做大做强。 <br>
廖岷指出，中国“十五五”规划纲要明确将加快农业农村现代化、扎实推进乡村全面振兴作为战略重点。中方将继续实施更加积极的财政政策，扎实推进乡村全面振兴，期待包括粮农组织在内的多双边机构积极参与中国“十五五”进程。 <br>
廖岷表示，中方愿与广大发展中国家共享财政支持“三农”的发展经验，持续深化与粮农组织等国际社会务实合作，为推动联合国2030年可持续发展议程作出更大贡献。
