The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine has issued the Administrative Measures for Qualification Accreditation of Inspection and Testing Institutions (Order No. 163), effective August 1, 2015, to strengthen supervision and standardize the accreditation process.

日前，国家质检总局颁布了《检验检测机构资质认定管理办法》(第163号总局令)。该办法经2015年3月23日国家质量监督检验检疫总局局务会议审议通过，将于2015年8月1日起正式施行。《办法》进一步规范了检验检测机构资质认定工作,增强了对检验检测活动的监督管理，强化了检验检测机构从业规范要求，突出客观独立、公平公正、诚实信用行业属性。加大了监督管理和依法查处力度，对规范和促进检验检测市场良性发展将会产生积极影响。(采编：朱作杰)
