记者从省人力资源和社会保障厅获悉，我省日前下发了《关于移交参保人员正常退休核准权限的通知》，从10月1日起，将县(市、区)参加城镇企业和个体劳动者基本养老保险人员正常退休核准权限由市(地)移交县(市、区)人社行政部门。 通知规定，市(地)人社行政部门应加强对所属县(市、区)正常退休核准工作的监督检查，建立年度备案制度。农垦、森工系统相关数据纳入“金保工程”集中管理之前，暂维持现行管理方式。伊春市、大兴安岭地区具体管理模式，由市(地)级人社行政部门结合当地实际情况制定实施办法，并报省厅备案。(作者：张洁)
