记者从有关部门获悉，《黑龙江省全面建立困难残疾人生活补贴和重度残疾人护理补贴制度实施办法》自2016年1月1日起施行。据悉，困难残疾人生活补贴标准为每人每月不低于80元，重度残疾人护理补贴标准为每人每月不低于100元。
