《黑龙江省人民政府关于废止<黑龙江省非政府性投资项目核准办法>的决定》已经2015年3月18日省政府第41次常务会议通过，现予公布，自公布之日起施行。省长 陆昊 2015年3月25日 黑龙江省人民政府关于废止《黑龙江省非政府性投资项目核准办法》的决定 《黑龙江省非政府性投资项目核准办法》（2005年12月28日黑龙江省人民政府令第4号发布)已不适应我省当前经济社会发展需要，现决定废止。 本决定自公布之日起生效。
