黑龙江省人民政府令 第6号 《黑龙江省人民政府关于再取消一批行政权力事项的决定》已经2018年5月18日省政府第7次常务会议审议通过，现予公布，自2018年7月15日起施行。 省长：王文涛 2018年6月15日 黑龙江省人民政府关于再取消一批行政权力事项的决定 省政府决定，取消31项行政权力事项。 各地、各有关部门要认真做好取消行政权力事项的落实和衔接工作，制定监管措施，切实加强事中事后监管，防止出现监管真空。 本决定自2018年7月15日起施行。 附件：取消的行政权力事项表
