Notice of the People's Government of Heilongjiang Province on Clarifying the Approval Authority for Temporary Occupation of Forest Land and Occupation of Forest Land for Forestry Production Service Facilities in Key State-owned Forest Regions

This notice clarifies that the Heilongjiang Provincial Forest Industry General Bureau and the Daxing'anling Prefectural Administrative Office are respectively responsible for approving temporary occupation of forest land and occupation of forest land for forestry production service facilities within their operational areas in key state-owned forest regions.
