伊春市人民政府: 《关于报批铁力市小白河水库工程移民安置规划大纲的请示》（伊政呈〔2023〕115号）收悉。经研究，现批复如下: 一、原则同意《黑龙江省铁力市小白河水库工程建设征地移民安置规划大纲》（以下简称《规划大纲》）编制的原则和主要内容，可作为开展工程建设征地移民安置规划编制工作的依据。 二、原则同意《规划大纲》确定的工程建设征地范围，实物调查的内容、方法和程序，移民安置规划的编制依据、原则、内容和要求，移民安置任务、安置目标、安置标准、安置去向，补偿投资估算编制的原则、依据和方法等内容。 三、你市要进一步优化工程方案和移民安置方案，尽量减少工程占地面积，减少建设用地规模，严格落实安置补偿标准并及时足额支付到位，切实保障移民合法权益，维护社会稳定。黑龙江省人民政府2023年11月13日 （此件公开发布）
