各市（地）、县（市）人民政府（行署），省政府各直属单位： 为支持我省城乡公共交通事业发展，根据《中华人民共和国车船税暂行条例》（国务院令第４８２号）及《黑龙江省车船税实施办法》（黑政发〔２００７〕６２号）的有关规定，省政府决定，２０１１年度对全省的城市、农村（包括农场）公共交通车船继续免征车船税。二○一一年三月十五日
