省政府第42次常务会议决定，取消和下放136项行政权力事项，其中取消74项、下放62项。 各地、各部门要做好取消和下放行政权力事项的落实和衔接工作。对取消的行政权力事项，要制定监管措施，避免出现监管真空。对下放管理层级的行政权力事项，依法需要委托实施的，要及时办理委托手续，同时加强业务指导和监督。凡下放至设区的市级人民政府及相关部门的行政权力事项，原则上省直管县（市）人民政府及相关部门享有同等权限。各地要对承接的行政权力事项，依法规范行使，切实加强管理，确保行政权力承接到位。本决定自2015年6月7日起施行。 附件：1.取消的行政权力事项目录2.下放的行政权力事项目录
