根据十二届市委第20次常委会精神，市政府督查室主任按副处职配备。经研究决定：<br>
徐业洲同志任市政府办公室副主任，免去市应急管理办公室主任职务；<br>
冯国民同志任市应急管理办公室主任，试用期一年；<br>
徐自建同志任市政府督查室主任，试用期一年。<br>
