苏州市人民政府关于废止《苏州市政府信息公开规定》的决定<br>
根据国务院《中华人民共和国政府信息公开条例》的有关规定和法制统一原则，决定对《苏州市政府信息公开规定》（2005年11月2日苏州市人民政府令第86号发布，2006年1月1日起施行）予以废止。<br>
本决定自公布之日起生效。<br>
