黄斌同志任市应急管理局总工程师，试用期一年；<br>
刘保瑞同志任市信访局副局长，试用期一年；<br>
陆继军同志任市人民防空办公室副主任，免去市城市管理局副局长职务；<br>
免去马景亮同志市公安局姑苏分局（苏州国家历史文化名城保护区分局）局长职务。<br>
