Announcement on the Release of the 'Rules for the Recall Management of Defective Special Equipment'

The State Administration for Market Regulation has formulated and announced the 'Rules for the Recall Management of Defective Special Equipment' (TSG09—2025) to strengthen oversight and improve the recall system for defective special equipment, effective August 1, 2025.
