2019年12月6日，瓦森纳安排（WA）发布"小武器和轻武器（Small Arms and Light Weapons,SALW）最佳实践"，铭铭记2001年联合国“全面预防、打击和消除小武器和轻武器非法贸易行动纲领”（UNPOA），以及成员国加入的2000年欧洲安全与合作组织（Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe）文件和其他区域倡议，申明对SALW出口以及与设计、生产、测试和升级相关的转让实施严格的国家管制，并同意：SALW的出口将根据瓦森纳安排初始要素和瓦森纳安排"对可能破坏常规武器稳定有关的客观分析和建议要素"及其后的任何修正进行认真评估。 <br>
