2022年11月30日，印度商工部对外贸易总署（DGFT）根据经修订的1992年对外贸易（发展和监管）法第5条和第14A条赋予的权力，参阅《2015-2020年对外贸易政策》第1.02段，对其出口管制清单（SCOMET）进行修改。为给行业提供过渡时间，新出口管制清单自发布之日起30日后施行。<br>
