3月23日，英国出口管制联合工作组（ECJU）发布《2023年出口管制（军事和两用物项清单）（修正案）条例》（SI 2023第302号），修改了《2008年出口管制条例》附表二（军品、软件和技术）、附表三（两用物项、软件和技术），以及欧盟《两用物项出口管制条例》（第428/2009号条例）附件一（两用物项、软件和技术）。上述修改主要是为了符合瓦森纳安排、澳大利亚集团和导弹及其技术控制制度等国际出口管制多边机制清单的修改。该条例将于2023年3月31日生效。<br> <div
