4月24日，韩国产业通商资源部发布《战略物资进出口通知》修正案，自4月24日起，将日本重新列入享受出口手续简化待遇的“白名单”。由此，日本将与美国、英国、法国等国一样享有出口简化程序。韩国企业今后对日出口战略物资，出口许可的审查时间将由15天缩短至5天，需要提交的文件也将从5种减至3种。 <br>
4月24-25日，日本经济产业省与韩国产业通商资源部在日本举行了日韩出口管制政策对话，进一步深入探讨并确认韩国清单管制和全面管制的运行状况及有效性。<br>
