2023年7月11日，禁止化学武器组织执行理事会第103届会议在荷兰海牙召开。中国驻荷兰大使兼常驻禁化武组织代表谈践率团出席，外交部、工业和信息化部、中国常驻禁化武组织代表团相关人员参会。 <br>
谈大使在一般性辩论中积极宣介全球安全倡议。谈表示，当前，国际社会面临前所未有的严峻挑战。习近平主席提出全球安全倡议，倡导坚持共同、综合、合作、可持续的安全观，推动国际社会秉持团结精神和共赢思维，实现世界持久和平与发展。 <br>
谈系统阐述中方对当前化武领域安全治理面临的形势挑战、对日本遗弃在华化武、叙利亚化武等热点问题、化学领域和平利用与国际合作、工业核查机制改革等问题的立场主张，并全面介绍了中国为维护《禁止化学武器公约》权威、促进禁化武组织工作作出的贡献。<br>
