UK Export Control Joint Unit Issues 2023 Export Control (Amendment) Regulations

The UK Export Control Joint Unit (ECJU) issued the 2023 Export Control (Amendment) Regulations, revising the 2008 Export Control Order and updating Annex I of the retained EU Dual-Use Regulation to reflect changes in multilateral export control regimes such as the Wassenaar Arrangement and the Australia Group. The regulations take effect on July 13, 2023.
