2月22日，美国商务部、日本经济产业省和韩国产业通商资源部在日本举行出口管制对话。此次会议是为跟进2023年8月在戴维营举行的美日韩首脑会议上达成的倡议，美国商务部助理部长肯德勒、日本贸易管理部长猪狩和韩国贸易安全政策官姜甘赞出席会议。美日韩三方就对俄出口管制、与东南亚地区的合作以及重要新兴技术出口管制方面的进一步合作达成了共识。<br> <div
