On July 1, 2024, Italy's Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation issued Decree No. 1325/BIS/371, establishing a national control list that imposes separate controls on dual-use items not covered by EU export control lists, including additive manufacturing, semiconductors and related production equipment, and quantum computers.
