Finland Approves Dual-Use Export Control Bill and Criminal Code Amendments

Finland's president has approved a dual-use export control bill and related criminal code amendments to align national legislation with EU dual-use export control regulations, effective September 15, 2024. The new law includes a national control list requiring authorization for exports of certain items outside the EU.
