对此，外交部发言人表示，这是美方滥用国家力量，倚仗技术霸权搞“胁迫外交”的又一例证，这也是典型的技术恐怖主义。在当前全球化背景下，美方一再将科技和经贸问题政治化、工具化、意识形态化，对别国搞“技术封锁”“技术脱钩”。这只会让其他国家更加警醒，在技术上一味依靠美国行不通，也会促使各国加快实现科技自主自立自强。企图堵别人的路，最终只会堵死自己的路。我们希望有关方面秉持客观、公正立场，从自身长远利益和公平公正市场原则出发，独立自主作出决定。<br>
