答：美方以所谓涉军、涉伊、涉俄等为由，将部分中国实体列入出口管制“实体清单”实施制裁。中方对此坚决反对。美方泛化国家安全，滥用出口管制措施，动用国家力量打击他国企业和个人，是典型的经济胁迫和单边主义霸凌行径。美方应立即纠正错误做法，停止对中国企业和个人的无理打压。中方将坚决维护中国企业和个人的合法权益。<br>
