2024年1月17日，中日出口管制对话机制第一次会议在日本东京举行。会议由商务部安全与管制局局长江前良与日本经济产业省贸易管理部部长猪狩克朗共同主持。双方就出口管制领域关切事项进行了讨论。双方同意继续保持密切沟通，加深对彼此出口管制制度的理解，提高出口管制措施的透明度，确保正常贸易不受阻碍。<br>
