Notice on Optimizing Import and Export Supervision Measures for Low-Concentration Triethanolamine Mixtures

This notice exempts consumer products with low triethanolamine content, such as non-medical disinfectants, synthetic detergents, cosmetics, and inks, from export control and monitoring chemical approval requirements, effective February 1, 2025. It marks the first adjustment in 27 years to China's supervision of low-concentration monitoring chemicals.
