答：不可靠实体清单工作机制正在依法有序推进针对美国PVH集团的调查工作。立案以来，多次听取了PVH集团陈述、申辩，审查了PVH集团提交的书面材料。初步查明，PVH集团存在不当涉疆行为。机制办公室计划于近期再次约谈PVH集团。最终调查结果将依法向社会公众公开。 <br>
中方一贯审慎处理不可靠实体清单问题，仅依法针对极少数危害我国家安全的外国实体，诚信守法的外国实体完全无需担心。中国政府一如既往地欢迎世界各国企业来华投资兴业，并致力于为守法合规的外资企业在华经营提供稳定、公平和可预期的营商环境。<br>
