Notice of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation on Reaffirming the Relevant Provisions of the Interim Measures for the Administration of Approval of Domestic Sale of Bonded Imported Materials and Parts for Processing Trade

This notice reaffirms and clarifies that for imported materials and parts under processing trade that are subject to import quota licensing or registration management under general trade, local foreign trade approval authorities shall not issue the Approval Certificate for Domestic Sale of Bonded Imported Materials and Parts, and enterprises must directly handle the verification and cancellation procedures for the processing trade manual.
