Notice of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation on Lifting Management Restrictions on Export Qualification for Grey Silk Products

This notice removes the export qualification management restrictions for grey silk products, effective October 1, 2001, allowing all types of enterprises with import-export operation rights to freely engage in grey silk export within their business scope. It also instructs local foreign trade authorities to ensure equal treatment in export quota allocation.
