Announcement No. 18 of 2002 by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation of the People's Republic of China

This announcement cancels the requirement that exports of grey cotton cloth to Japan must be transacted through the sole agency of Chuo Corporation, effective May 1, 2002, following consultations with the Japanese government.
