根据国务院关税税则委员会的有关决定，自本公告发布之日起，外经贸部2002年第30号公告规定实施临时保障措施的每类产品的实际进口量达到该类产品关税配额量时，将由海关总署公告并开始征收特别关税。<br>

This announcement stipulates that, effective from the date of publication, when the actual import volume of each product category subject to temporary safeguard measures under Announcement No. 30 of 2002 reaches the tariff quota volume, the General Administration of Customs will announce and begin levying special tariffs.
